This custom residence was designed using strategies to substantially reduce energy use and offer a high quality of life.

The wall system includes an insulated 2×6 stud frame, 1/2” ply air barrier and an cieling insulated Creating an R50 assembly.

The exterior overhangs, which include a 12 cantilever and a 28’ span have been accomplished using locally-built “Truss system”.

Timber and steel detailing has been completed in collaboration with U.K.s Engineering team.
