This custom residence was designed using strategies to substantially reduce energy with a split hydronic forced air system to increase energy savings and offer a high-quality finishing’s.

The wall system includes an insulated 2×6 stud frame, 1/2” ply, air barrier and an ceiling insulated Creating an R50 assembly.

The exterior overhangs, which include a 12” and 18” cantilever with a 30’ span have been accomplished using a locally-built “Truss system” and highly skilled framers.

Timber and steel detailing has been completed in collaboration with U.K.s Engineering team.
